5 Most Affordable Accommodations in Boracay

So last April 25 up to May 2, I went to Boracay to join the most anticipated #Laboracay2017!
I tried helmet diving!
Sourgraping! Hmmpf.. maghihiwalay din yan! walang forever!
Party! Party! #Hydro #Jungle #Sunkissed

By the way, to those who are not yet familiar which station to go and where to stay, I hope this blog post will be of help. As you might have heard from friends, Boracay White Beach is mainly divided into 3 Stations.

Station 2 is the most crowded place and it's where most clubs, bar, restaurants and expensive resorts are located. So most of the time, I choose to stay in Station 3.

But you might ask, which place has the most affordable accomodation? Well, based on my own experience, i'm actually torn between Station 2 and Station 3.

So, here's a list of the accommodations that I have been to. Most of these places are hostels that are perfect for backpackers. So, if you are the adventurous type and you don't mind sharing rooms with 6 or 7 more strangers in the room then a hostel would be perfect for you.

1. Boracay Backpackers / Hostel type
Location: near Station 2; just about 3-4 minutes from White Beach
Price starts at Php 350 per night only with free Continental Breakfast
Oh wag masyadong ma-excite mga ka-DDS! it's just a light breakfast usually consisting of 2 loaves of sliced bread, a jam, coffee and if you get lucky, it may come with a sunny side up.

Lobby / Entrance of Boracay Backpackers. Located at the back of TGIF

Dorm type is priced at P350 per night per bed (around $8 USD)

Pros: Clean, near the beach, affordable
Cons: Wifi is extremely slow in the room so you have to go to the lobby or the dining area to get a better connection.

2. WHostel
Location: Zone 5, Bolabog Road | Brgy. Balabag
about 8-10 minute walk to the White Beach of Station 2

Pros: each bed is designed with more privacy with the help of those black curtains. the beds are also a bit wider and spacious compared to the other hostels I've been to. Good wifi connection
